Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, claims for more than 7 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Only selected items are to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you purchase to us within 7 calendar days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and on its original condition. Contact us for more details on how to make arrangement for your refund.
If our products arrived damaged in anyway, we are happy to send a replacement and will be arraging a free shipping to you. However if the product was proven working and is tested before sending/shipment to you, you are not entitled for a refund nor exchange. Always ask for proofs like video/photos that the items are working before shipment, as it will be used as supporting documents for claiming a refund/exchange.

Electrical Parts:
A/C Compressors- we offer return/refund/exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase/delivery (online) as the item "should not be soldered or welded" and is always on its original packaging.
Car Aircon Compressors- we offer 3 months warranty from the date of purchase/delivery (online), due to certain fact that correct processing for replacing compressor was applied such us: system flushing, replacement of filter drier, replacement of expansion valve, replacement/recharge of "original" refrigerant. If not, warranty will be voided.
Thermostat / Switch/ Timer/ Relay/ Overload/ Contactor/ PCB Board and any other considered "electrical parts"- we offer return/refund/exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase/delivery, but due to its nature as ELECTRICAL PARTS category, it has only entitled to "limited warranty" due to a specialized personnel should only install the product.
Consumable products:
*we don't offer refund/exhchange for any consumable products that has volume/weight or measured such as: (a) copper tube/pipes in retail by foot/meter, (b) refrigerants in retail by kilo or refrigerants in canisters opened but unused, (c) lubricants/oil sold in canister, opened but unused, (d) filters, (e) expansion valve, (f) filter drier, (g) soldering agent sold in retail or whole.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable consumable goods cannot be returned specially when opened. (i.g refrigerants,lubricants)
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase such as:
- sales invoice (hard copy or digitalized is accepted)
- photos
- video
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, give us at least 3 days to inspect the product and we will notify you via your preffered way of communication for the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have hidden defect or damaged, 7 days from the date of purchase.
No Return, No Exchange on product misused or products that are not intended for its proper usage.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (change of mind, no hidden defects, buyer's fault for wrong purchased items)
Depending on the address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over PhP 3,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking numbers.
